Paste
The Paste command can be used to move the contents of the Windows Clipboard into PixelNEO for editing. PixelNEO provides several different Paste commands which are described below:
The Paste As Selection command inserts a copy of the image stored on the Windows Clipboard into the active picture. The pasted selection will appear surrounded by a dotted outline or marquee. See Selection Tools for more information about working with selections.
After selecting an area with one of PixelNEO's Selection Tools, you can use the Paste Inside Current Selection command to add the contents of the Windows Clipboard to an existing selection area. The clipboard image will be combined with the existing selection. If the clipboard image is larger than the existing selection area, it will be trimmed to fit within the selection boundary.
If the clipboard contains text, the Paste As Text command will be enabled allowing you to insert text directly into your picture. After pasting, the Text Tool will be selected allowing you to position and edit the text before permanently adding it to your picture.
The Paste As New Image command takes the contents of the Windows Clipboard and places it into a new picture window ready for editing. The Clipboard must contain a compatible bitmap image, created with PixelNEO or another program.
