The Smudge Tool is used to blend or heavily blur areas of color into one another, much like smearing together oil pastels. Use the Smudge Tool by clicking once in a particular area of your picture, or by dragging the mouse while holding down the left mouse button.


The size, shape and edge (softness) of the Smudge Tool can be adjusted using the controls on PixelNEO's Option Panel.
