The Sponge Tool produces a "wet" smearing effect similar to dripping water on ink. Use the Sponge Tool by clicking once in a particular area of your picture, or by dragging the mouse while holding down the left mouse button.


The size, shape and dampness (amount) of the Sponge Tool can be adjusted using the controls on PixelNEO's Option Panel.
