Use the Soften Tool to decrease the sharpness and lightly blur a specific area of your picture. Use the Soften Tool by clicking once in a particular area of your picture, or by dragging the mouse while holding down the left mouse button. To increase the softening effect, drag the mouse across the same area multiple times, releasing and re-pressing the mouse button between each pass.


The size, shape, edge (softness) and power (amount) of the Soften Tool can be adjusted using the controls on PixelNEO's Option Panel.
