After selecting an area with one of PixelNEO's Selection Tools, you copy use this command to Copy the area onto the Windows Clipboard. You can then use the Paste command to insert the selection into any open PixelNEO picture or into another Windows application (assuming that the other application will accept bitmap images from the clipboard).
