The Color Tint Brush Tool can be used to apply a subtle color wash over an existing picture. The color tint is applied transparently leaving most of the underlying image intact. The left mouse button will paint with the color on the left side of PixelNEO's Color Box. The right mouse button will paint with the color on the right side of the Color Box. The size, shape and edge of the brush can be adjusted using the controls on the Option Panel.


A great use for the Color Tint Brush is adding color to black and white line drawings. Simply use the Convert To command to change your line drawing to one of the available color resolutions (such as 24-bit). Then use the Color Tint Brush to paint over the top of the image while leaving the drawing intact.
